Decorus Pilates offers friendly, personalised pilates instruction from a well equipped studio in Alveston, near Stratford upon Avon and group mat classes at various locations throughout Warwickshire and the Cotswolds.

Clare Barrett, the founder of Decorus Pilates, is a qualified instructor with many years of experience.

Decorus translates from Latin as "beauty" or "grace" and it follows that we favour the classical form of Pilates, true to Joseph Pilates original design.

Classes are tailored to individual fitness and ability and are suitable for all levels - beginners through advanced.

Pilates equipment based instruction is available on a one to one basis or in small groups of up to three individuals.  Mat classes are offered in groups of up to ten.
